Google Pixel Launch Event to Unveil Many New Devices
After months of leaks and speculations, the launch date for the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold models has finally been officially announced. The event, scheduled for August 13th, not only changes its timing but also its location. Normally held in New York City, the Made by Google event will take place this year in Mountain View, California.
What’s Coming at the Made by Google Event?
The primary focus of the event seems to be on the Pixel 9 series. Reports suggest Google will introduce the new Pixel 9 XL and Pixel 9 Pro Fold models. According to leaks, the Pixel 9 Pro XL will feature 16GB of RAM, a large screen, and the Tensor G4 processor like the rest of the series. In terms of display, the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL are expected to come with screens measuring 6.03 inches, 6.3 inches, and 6.7 inches, respectively.
There are claims that the 9 Pro Fold model will host a 6.4-inch external screen and a 7.9-inch foldable internal screen. From the shared visuals, the new phone trio will feature a triple rear camera system, 16GB of RAM, and the Tensor G4 processor.
Additionally, the event is expected to unveil other products such as the Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel Watch 3 XL. The Watch 3 is anticipated to feature a 1.2-inch screen, while the rumored Watch 3 XL model may have a larger 1.45-inch screen.
