Google’s advanced artificial intelligence Gemini will also be integrated into Samsung’s wearable device ecosystem. According to the company’s statement, Gemini will be coming to the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds series in the coming period. Thanks to this, Samsung’s smart watches and headphones will gain new capabilities.
Gemini will be offered for the Galaxy Watch and Buds series
Galaxy Watch users will be able to direct their devices with natural voice commands with Gemini. Daily tasks will be handled with just one sentence without having to enter the application menus. For example, while doing sports, users will be able to quickly understand the content by talking to their watch and saying “Summarize my last email”.

Similarly, artificial intelligence support is coming to the Galaxy Buds3 series. Users will be able to activate Gemini with a physical movement on the headphones or with a voice command. Thus, there will be no need to reach for the phone for simple questions such as “What’s the weather like today?” Gemini will transfer the answers directly from the headphones.
This artificial intelligence integration is seen as part of Samsung’s strategy to make the entire Galaxy ecosystem more integrated. The exact date of the update has not yet been determined.
However, it is expected that the new Gemini-supported features will be available with the Galaxy Watch 8 series and One UI 8, which will be introduced at the Samsung Unpacked 2025 event.
