Google will push the limits with its artificial intelligence called Gemini, which it will introduce this fall. According to recent reports, the software giant will challenge services ranging from Microsoft’s Office tools to OpenAI’s ChatGPT bot with its AI-driven Gemini.
Google Gemini may be introduced this fall
After OpenAI’s ChatGPT, the AI chatbot that took the world by storm, Google took action and merged the two AI teams. Although Bard seems to be a competitor of ChatGPT, Google has not revealed its real project.
It was stated that the new product, called Gemini, was developed by Google Brain and DeepMind artificial intelligence teams. It is also rumored that Google co-founder Sergey Brin is personally involved in the training of Gemini models.
Unlike ChatGPT, which can only generate text-driven responses, Gemini aims to combine text and image generation in a single system. This allows users to receive visual responses alongside text, providing a more interactive experience.
The AI is expected to be able to analyze graphics, respond to voice commands and even control apps with voice commands. Gemini is also rumored to be integrated into Google Search, Assistant and other Workspace tools.
Google also aims to monetize Gemini by enabling developers to use it through Google Cloud servers. But there will also be a free version to compete directly with ChatGPT. The AI is expected to make its debut this fall.
