The wait is nearly over for farming fans. Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home will officially land on Nintendo Switch on October 30, 2025. Natsume confirmed the release date, with both digital and physical editions available. Pre-orders will even come with an exclusive acrylic standee showcasing the game’s box art.
A fresh Harvest Moon: Harvest Moon adventure for Switch players

Originally launched on iOS and Android in August 2024, Home Sweet Home was developed by Appci and published by Natsume. It was billed as the biggest Harvest Moon entry on mobile, and now it’s branching out to consoles.
Players will farm crops, raise animals, fish, and mine while growing Alba Village into a thriving community. Romance is also central; you’ll be able to woo bachelors and bachelorettes, marry your favorite, and build a family life alongside your farming duties.
What sets Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home apart
This Harvest Moon doesn’t just stick to crops and livestock. It adds more community-driven activities to deepen life in Alba Village:
- Festivals and contests that bring neighbors together
- Village expansion, attracting tourists and new residents
- Reunions with familiar faces from past entries
- A story that challenges you to save a fading hometown
These features aim to make the village feel alive, giving your work a direct impact on the setting.
From mobile roots to console life
Although it started as a mobile title, Home Sweet Home has been retooled for Switch, bringing the series’ signature charm to a bigger audience. With upgraded visuals, controller support, and the full range of console features, it’s shaping up as more than a simple port.
Harvest time in October
Fans won’t have to wait long to step back into the fields. With farming, romance, and community building at its core, Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home arrives this October ready to give Switch players a new village to grow, love, and save.
