HONOR continues to expand the cross-device capabilities of its MagicOS operating system, and the highly anticipated iPhone notification sharing feature is now available to users. First appearing in the MagicOS 10 update in November, this feature also brought innovations such as face recognition lock support for Dynamic Capsule and video lock screen wallpapers.
Which Models Support It?
MagicOS Product Director Kaopu Guige confirmed that iPhone notification sharing is already supported on many HONOR phones and tablets. Compatible devices include:

- Magic V series: Magic V5, V3, and Vs3 series.
- Magic Series: Magic 8, 7, 6, and 5 series.
- HONOR N Series: HONOR 500, 400, and 300 series.
- Others: HONOR GT, GT Pro, and MagicPad 3.
More models are expected to receive this support through future system updates.
This feature is designed to allow users to synchronize notifications between two different devices they carry. After pairing, users will be able to see iPhone system alerts and app notifications directly on their HONOR devices. This eliminates the need for users carrying both devices to constantly switch screens. HONOR states that its goal is to keep the experience stable and convenient for daily use.
To use the feature:
- HONOR devices must be running MagicOS 10 or later.
- The iPhone must be updated to iOS 15.6 or later.
- The setup process is quite simple:
- Users install the HONOR Connect app on their iPhone.
- They generate a QR code within the app.
- They scan this code using the Smart Connectivity option on their HONOR device.
After pairing, users can choose which notifications they want to synchronize.
Initial user feedback indicates that the feature works smoothly, alerts arrive on time, and it does not alter notification behavior on either device. HONOR says it will continue to improve the feature based on user feedback and plans to add new cross-device functionality to ensure MagicOS works better with other platforms.
