Honor continues to expand its product lineup. As part of these efforts, the Chinese brand is now working on the successor to last year’s Magic 7 series. Recent developments have revealed the specifications of the high-end Pro model in the upcoming Magic 8 series.
What will the Honor Magic 8 Pro offer?
According to trusted industry insider Digital Chat Station, the Magic 8 Pro will feature a slightly smaller display compared to its predecessor. The upcoming device is expected to sport a flat 6.71-inch screen.

The model will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. Based on performance tests, this new SoC surpasses 4,000 points in single-core benchmarks and exceeds 11,000 in multi-core tests.
As for the camera, the device will reportedly retain the 200 MP telephoto lens seen in its predecessor. While details are still scarce, significant improvements are expected in the other camera sensors.
A major upgrade is also anticipated in battery capacity. The device will likely feature a battery around 7,000 mAh, compared to the 5,850 mAh unit in the Magic 7 Pro. Wired fast charging is expected to remain at either 80W or 100W. However, no details have yet been shared about wireless charging support.
