Honor has officially confirmed its new compact foldable phone, the Magic V Flip 2. The brand collaborated once again with fashion designer Jimmy Choo during the design process. The first teaser image of the device was recently released. While the exact launch date hasn’t been announced yet, the phone is expected to hit the market within this month.

The Magic V Flip 2 will feature a back panel adorned with crystals and a starry sky effect created through a special manufacturing technique. It will come with a 6.8-inch LTPO main display and a 4-inch LTPO cover screen with a high refresh rate.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process. This chip is also found in performance-oriented models like the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro, iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, iQOO Neo 10, and OPPO K13 Turbo Pro.
The Magic V Flip 2 will include a 5,500 mAh battery supporting 80W wired fast charging. This capacity ranks among the highest for compact foldables in 2025. The design will be thinner and lighter compared to its predecessor, targeting a thickness below 7 mm when unfolded and a weight around 190 grams.
The first-generation Magic V Flip launched in China with a starting price of 4,999 yuan (about $700). The new model is expected to debut at a similar price point.
