vivo X Fold 5 front panel design leaked
Vivo’s senior executive Han Boxiao continues to reveal new details about the vivo X Fold 5 model. The executive recently shared a close-up image of the X Fold 5’s inner screen in his latest post on Weibo and provided important information about the features offered by the panel.

Accordingly, high-end LTPO 8T panels will be used on both the inner and outer screens of the vivo X Fold 5. These panels will provide adaptive refresh rate support, providing a very smooth experience in both scrolling and dynamic content such as games. In addition, the screens will attract attention with their high pixel density and resolution.
One of the most striking innovations is the 4,500 nit peak brightness of the screen. Thanks to this, the model’s panel can be used easily even in intense sunlight. In addition, the high-frequency PWM dimming technology at full brightness and the TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Protection 3.0 certification will prevent eye fatigue during long-term use.
Another striking detail in the shared image is a new physical button on the left edge. This will replace the notification slider found in the previous X Fold 3 series. Although the exact function of the button has not been disclosed at the moment, it is highly likely that this button will be a programmable or quick access button.
