Huawei has added a new model to its Smart TV product family. Introduced under the name Vision Smart Screen 5 SE, the smart TV comes in three different size options: 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch. The model is equipped with many features such as MiniLED display technology, HarmonyOS operating system and artificial intelligence support.

Huawei Vision Smart Screen 5 SE has a MiniLED panel that offers 4K Ultra HD resolution. The screen provides 240 Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits maximum brightness and 125,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The TV uses the Honghu processor developed by Huawei.

This processor comes with functions such as 20-bit precise light control, MEMC motion compensation, advanced HDR support, SR super resolution technology and dual-layer noise reduction. On the colour gamut side, 130% of BT.709 standards are covered.
Vision Smart Screen 5 SE provides better brightness management and colour consistency with advanced local dimming algorithms. The new generation HD AI camera on the television has an aperture of f/2.0. It can recognise body movements with AI support for video calls, remote home monitoring, posture detection, and motion-based games.
Running on Huawei’s HarmonyOS platform, the TV offers a 2.1-channel speaker setup. The brand stated that the TV can deliver bass sounds extending up to 65 Hz thanks to its sound optimisation technology.
The prices of the models vary according to the screen size. The 55-inch version is available for $364, the 65-inch version for $420 and the 75-inch version for $560.
