Huawei Freebuds 6 unveiled
Freebuds 6 is equipped with an 11 mm dynamic driver and micro flat tweeter. The headphones, which can deliver clear trebles up to 48 kHz and deep bass up to 14 Hz, stand out as the first semi-open headphone model with two sound units. The model, which supports 48 kHz/24-bit high-quality sound, provides a cleaner sound experience with AI-supported noise cancellation technology.

Offering 2.3 Mbps bandwidth on the connection side, Freebuds 6 can be managed via the Huawei AI Life app. The headphones support the Spatial Audio feature, but this feature can only be used with certain Huawei phones and the Huawei Music app. In terms of design, the handle is 12% smaller and its overall weight is 9% lighter compared to the previous model.
In terms of battery performance, each earbud has a 39.5 mAh battery, while the charging case has a 510 mAh battery. This combination allows the earbuds to provide 5.5 hours of music listening time on a single charge and 36 hours with the charging case.
Multi-channel noise reduction is provided by using productive artificial intelligence technology in the noise cancellation feature. Freebuds 6 can block noise up to 95 dB and provide effective isolation up to 8 m/s wind speed. The device also has features such as live translation support in 21 languages, long-distance tracking, location determination with 50 meters precision and multi-device pairing.
