Huawei introduced its new wireless headphones, the FreeBuds 7i, at a product launch event held in Paris on September 19, 2025. The new model boasts notable features such as gesture controls, AI-powered call quality, and multi-platform support. Here are the details.
Huawei FreeBuds 7i come with smart noise cancellation
The key feature of the FreeBuds 7i is Smart Dynamic ANC 4.0. This system instantly responds to background noise, detecting ambient noise within half a second and automatically adjusting its level. Thanks to three microphones and updated AI algorithms, it can cancel out noise up to 90 dB.

The headphones can connect to two devices simultaneously and work seamlessly with both Android and iOS operating systems. In terms of sound quality, the 3D spatial audio feature, supported by an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and head-tracking technology, stands out. This technology shifts the direction of sound as the user moves their head, providing a three-dimensional, immersive audio experience.
The FreeBuds 7i, with their IP54 certification and dust and splash resistance, are ideal for outdoor use and sports activities. Huawei has included four different sizes of earbuds in the box for user comfort. The earbuds also offer hands-free operation. Simply shake or tilt your head to answer or reject an incoming call.
Huawei has set the FreeBuds 7i’s launch price at €99.99. As part of the global launch, promotional offers are also available in select regions.
