The large rectangular camera island that spans the entire rear panel of the Nova 15 Pro and Ultra models gives the devices a modern look. In addition to this design change, a striped panel texture that interacts with light is used in purple and green color options. The transition to a flat screen and flat middle frame structure across all members of the series elevates the ergonomics and visual quality of the phones.

In terms of technical capabilities, Huawei uses the Kirin 9010S processor in the top-of-the-line Nova 15 Ultra, achieving an 18% performance increase compared to the previous generation. The standard Nova 15 model features the Kirin 8020 processor, offering up to 42% more power.
In terms of display, the standard model comes with a 6.7-inch panel, while the Pro and Ultra models feature 6.84-inch OLED displays with a 120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate.
The Nova 15 Ultra pushes the boundaries of durability, boasting IP68 and IP69 certifications for protection against water, dust, and high temperatures. The entire series runs Huawei’s HarmonyOS 6 operating system, featuring fully optimized AI capabilities.
Camera capabilities are the series’ strongest point. The Nova 15 Ultra offers a 50MP RYYB main camera with physically variable aperture technology, accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens capable of 3.7x optical zoom.
The device achieves a 100x digital zoom capability. In terms of power, the standard model is powered by a massive 6000mAh battery, while the higher-end models boast 6500mAh.
All models support 100W wired fast charging, while the Nova 15 Ultra model also features 50W wireless charging. Pricing starts at $383 for the entry-level Nova 15, $497 for the Pro model, and $596 for the top-of-the-range Ultra model.
