Huawei has launched the new member of its foldable phone series, the Pura X model. The device, which draws attention with its side-opening design, will offer users a wider screen experience, unlike traditional flip and book-shaped models.

Pura X has been released with a price tag of approximately $1,035 with its basic version with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. For those who want a higher storage capacity, the 512 GB model is sold for approximately $1,105, while the specially designed collector’s version has more advanced features in terms of technical features.

This special model with a tri-color leather back cover comes with 16 GB RAM and also provides satellite communication support. The version with 512 GB storage is sold for $1,240, while the top-level option of 1 TB is sold for approximately $1,380.
The device, which draws attention with its design, offers a square-shaped screen when closed. There is a triple camera system just above the screen. When the device is opened, a 6.3-inch wide screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio is revealed.
Huawei Pura X, which is also ambitious on the camera side; It is equipped with a 50-megapixel optical stabilization supported main camera, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
On the front, there is a 10.7-megapixel selfie camera. Users can take high-quality selfies using the rear cameras even when the device is turned off.
Huawei Pura X will be the first model to run the next-generation version of HarmonyOS. The device offers long-term use with its 4,720 mAh battery, and comes with 66W wired and 40W wireless fast charging support.
