Huawei has added two new models to its wearable technology product range. The smartwatches called Watch Fit 4 and Watch Fit 4 Pro surpass the previous generations in terms of both design and hardware. The new models attract attention with their color options, material quality, screen features and sports tracking capabilities.

Watch Fit 4 is offered in three color options: green, black and blue. The watch, which consists of aluminosilicate glass and aluminum middle frame, is 9.5 mm thick and weighs 27 grams. The more advanced Watch Fit 4 Pro comes with a sapphire glass screen, titanium frame and aircraft-grade aluminum body.

3D breathable mesh fabric is preferred for the strap of the Pro model. This strap stands out in terms of water resistance, fast drying and comfort. In addition, a wave-textured version offers a use optimized for water sports.

Both models are equipped with a 1.82-inch AMOLED screen. The peak brightness of the screen on the Watch Fit 4 Pro can go up to 3000 nits. The screen, which has a refresh rate of 60 Hz, provides sharp and fluid viewing of content with a resolution value of 347 PPI. The overall design of the watch offers a thinner and more refined profile compared to the previous Fit 3 model.

The Watch Fit 4 series allows users to customize their watch faces. The new sticker-based watch faces can be changed according to different scenarios. In addition, details such as elevation gain, weather warnings and barometer data for activities such as hiking are also brought to the watch screen.

The Watch Fit 4 Pro is equipped with advanced features in terms of maps and navigation. Color maps with contour lines, day/night mode switching and 3D interactive map use are supported. Users can follow their routes while doing sports, find directions according to imported routes and see the return route according to the drawn route.

The “Huawei Sunflower Positioning System”, offered with a five-system and dual-frequency L1+L5 satellite support, provides a 30% improvement in location accuracy. This system offers high precision in activities such as mountain hiking, trail running, and triathlon.

The new models also provide extensive support for water sports. Route tracking can be done during activities such as surfing, sailing, jet skiing, rowing, and canoeing. The Watch Fit 4 Pro also has a new depth sensor that allows diving up to 40 meters. This feature works in accordance with EN13319 diving standards.

The watch’s sports capabilities also include a golf mode. This feature supports detailed 3D images of greens, fairways, bunkers, and danger zones for more than 15,000 golf courses. The segment-based navigation and deviation warning offered for professional trail running allow users to do sports safely and in control. The voice guidance system can be used in 7 languages. The exercise broadcast guides the user during the workout with voice commands such as “Turn left after 100 meters”.

On the fitness side, warm-up and stretching classes supported by guided animations attract attention. These animations can be used for outdoor and indoor running, cycling, swimming and jumping exercises.

On-wrist running form analysis helps prevent running injuries by analyzing metrics such as vertical oscillation, balance and ground contact time thanks to the IMU sensor. Performance enhancement and improvement suggestions are offered to the user.

There are also important updates in the health tracking area. Watch Fit 4 Pro is equipped with an electrocardiogram (ECG) feature. This system has an MDR certificate to detect heart rhythm irregularities such as atrial fibrillation.

Sleep tracking has been made more detailed with average heart rate variability (HRV) data. The watch creates a personal benchmark based on the last 7 days of data and analyzes changes in sleep quality.

Smart menstrual cycle prediction can also be made within the scope of women’s health tracking. Predictive input system for texting, emoji-supported text writing and speech-to-text translation options are offered in nearly 20 languages. Turkish language support is available in both text input and speech recognition systems.

Both models have Bluetooth call support, NFC payment system and iOS and Android compatibility. Watch Fit 4 comes with 2000 nit screen brightness, 7 to 10 days of battery life and wireless fast charging support. In addition to these periods, Watch Fit 4 Pro stands out with advanced features such as ECG, more advanced material quality, diving support and professional sports modes.
