One of the features that won’t be available right away is the “Journal” app. Apple’s description of this app is as follows: “Journal offers a new way to reflect on and relive special moments. Jot down your thoughts about significant events in your life or daily activities (…)”
Another feature is “Shared Apple Music Playlists.” This feature allows multiple people to add music to a shared playlist. Additionally, users have the ability to rearrange and remove songs.
Another feature on the list is “Internet-Based AirDrop Transfer.” This feature is one of the eagerly awaited functionalities by many users. With this feature, even if you’re out of the range of AirDrop, as long as both you and the recipient are signed in to your iCloud accounts, it becomes possible to send the content over the internet.
According to claims, Apple has been internally testing iOS 17.1 for the past few weeks. However, despite all these features we’ve listed, it’s likely that the release of iOS 17 will not happen right when it’s first introduced, but rather expected to be released around the end of October.
