The iPhone 15 family, released last September, received mixed reviews from users. Criticisms, especially regarding durability and heating issues in the Pro models, became the focal point of feedback. The U.S. company has been working intensively to address these concerns in the upcoming series. Recently, new details about the design of the iPhone 16 series, set to be introduced towards the end of this year, have emerged. Here are the design and known features of the iPhone 16!
iPhone 16 design revealed
The common point in the leaks that have surfaced so far was the expectation that Apple would not make significant changes in the upcoming iPhone 16 series. However, this perception seems to be changing in recent times. AppleTrack, known for sharing critical information about iPhones, revealed that there will be a significant design change in the 16 Pro.
It seems that the dimensions of the Dynamic Island will decrease in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models. Moreover, unlike the pill design used in iPhone 14 and 15, the new models will switch to the hole-punch display design frequently seen in Android devices.
While the screen of the 16 Pro is expected to increase from 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches, the Pro Max panel will be around 6.9 inches. Additionally, the 5x periscope zoom camera, previously exclusive to the 15 Pro Max, will be used in the upcoming series’ standard Pro model. Furthermore, it is noted that in the Pro models, the 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera will be upgraded from 1/2.55 inches to 48 megapixels.
