iQOO 12 Pro to feature 120W charging and be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
For a long time, there have been rumors about the chipset of the expected smartphones, and now leaked Geekbench results reveal that these rumors might become true. When we look at the Geekbench results, we can see that the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which has a single Cortex-X4 core running at up to 3.30 GHz, five Cortex-A720s – three running at 3.15 GHz and two at 2.96 GHZ – and two Cortex-A520s at 2.27 GHz.
When we look at the results, we can see that the iQOO 12 Pro, called vivo V2329A, runs Android 14 out of the box, and it has 16GB of RAM. The phone scores 2,235 points on single-core and 6,912 points on multi-core.
Depending on the other rumors, we can say that the iQOO 12 series will have a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50H main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide, and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B zoom camera. Also, both smartphones will feature a vivo-developed Q1 gaming chip for managing the 144Hz displays to offer a better gaming experience.
