At a press event in China, iQOO confirmed the imminent arrival of the iQOO 15 and announced that the iQOO Neo 11 will also be featured on the same stage. Along with this development, well-known leakster Digital Chat Station shared details on Weibo, providing important clues about the evolution of the Neo series. Here are the details.
Neo 11 Pro and OnePlus Ace 6 Pro Models Cancelled
According to Digital Chat Station, many smartphone manufacturers are reshaping their year-end product lineups. In this context, iQOO’s planned Neo 11 Pro model has been canceled, and the launch will only be with the iQOO 15 and Neo 11. The two phones will launch with different chipsets. The iQOO 15 will use the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the Neo 11 will feature last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite.

This situation affects not only iQOO but also its competitors. Redmi’s Redmi K90 series will launch with two models: the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Similarly, OnePlus is rumored to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the OnePlus 15 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite in the OnePlus Ace 6. The previously planned OnePlus Ace 6 Pro has been canceled. Realme, meanwhile, is preparing the GT 8 Pro with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the GT 8 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
According to leaks, the iQOO Neo 11’s specifications are quite ambitious. The device will feature a large, 2K-resolution flat screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a sturdy metal frame, and an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader. It will also boast a massive 7,500mAh battery and IP68 dust and water resistance certification. According to information revealed in the 3C certification, the phone will support 100W fast charging.
Digital Chat Station added that the Neo 11 will feature the same Monster performance engine as the iQOO 15 and will be positioned as a flagship duo of different sizes. This approach could make the Neo 11 one of the most powerful standard models in the approximately 2,500 yuan (approximately $345) segment. With its high-resolution display, large-capacity battery, and premium build, it’s expected to offer an attractive alternative for those seeking performance without needing the highest-end variant.
