Following the launch of the iQOO Neo 10 in China last November, Vivo’s sub-brand is now preparing to introduce its next-generation flagship killers: the iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro. A fresh round of leaks has revealed early technical specs, hinting at powerful internals and premium design choices.
The countdown has begun for the iQOO Neo 11 series
According to the leaks, both models will feature large 6.8-inch 2K-resolution displays, housed in metal frames and equipped with ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanners. Fast charging will once again be a highlight, with both devices supporting 100W wired charging.

Under the hood, the two phones will diverge in terms of processors. One model is expected to pack MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, while the other will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite. This chipset split mirrors last year’s Neo 10 lineup, where the Pro variant came with Dimensity 9400 and the base model used Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Although most specs are still under wraps, the processor may not be the only differentiating factor between the two. In the previous generation, the camera systems stood apart — the Neo 10 had an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the Neo 10 Pro offered a more advanced 50MP sensor. It remains to be seen whether the same strategy will be applied to the Neo 11 lineup.
One thing both devices are expected to share, however, is a massive 7,000mAh battery — an upgrade aimed at satisfying power users who demand endurance without compromise.
