In the new season, which is planned to be released in March 2026, Krysten Ritter will once again portray the character of Jessica Jones. Thus, Ritter will reunite with her role in the Marvel universe after many years.

Marvel has recently started to integrate its characters from Netflix into the main cinematic universe by regaining them. This strategy is becoming even more evident with the return of Daredevil, Punisher and now Jessica Jones.

In the first season of the series Daredevil: Born Again, Charlie Cox appeared before the audience as Matt Murdock and Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin. Deborah Ann Woll and Krysten Ritter will also join this cast in the second season.

Jessica Jones and Daredevil previously appeared together in the series “The Defenders”. Now, they will meet once again in the same production in Daredevil: Born Again. This meeting could excite Marvel fans a lot.
