Xiaomi’s highly anticipated Watch 2 Pro model, which has been the subject of rumors for quite some time, is officially counting down to its launch. The smartwatch is expected to be unveiled today alongside the Xiaomi 13T series. A recent report has revealed all the technical specifications of the device.
Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro’s features revealed
According to the latest report, the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro model will feature a 1.43-inch circular-shaped AMOLED display. This panel will offer a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, and the device will have a diameter of 46mm. It’s worth noting that the display will also incorporate Gorilla Glass protection technology.
Powering the smartwatch will be the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor. Additionally, it will come with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. Furthermore, it will run the MIUI Watch-based Wear OS interface, providing access to features like Google Play Store, Google Maps, Google Wallet, and contactless payments via NFC.
The device is expected to be powered by a 500 mAh battery, offering up to 72 hours of usage on a single charge. The display will support Always on Display functionality, allowing users to choose custom watch faces. Among its other features are body composition analysis, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, and various sports modes commonly found in Xiaomi watches. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that the standard version is expected to be priced at €269.99, while the LTE version will be priced at €329.99.
