The new model of Lenovo Legion Y700, which Lenovo introduced last year and belongs to the company’s gaming series Legion, was introduced today. Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) has been re-introduced with updates and new features.
Comes with 16 GB RAM and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
The 2024 model of the tablet series Legion Y700, which started last year and continued this year, was introduced with a new processor and advanced screen. Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) comes with a screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 (WQXGA) with a pixel density of 343 PPI at a ratio of 16:10. This 8.8-inch screen also supports 165 Hz screen refresh rate and 500 net brightness. According to the company, the display supports DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and high colour accuracy with DeltaE<1.
The new Lenovo Legion Y700 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is accompanied by 12 and 18 GB of RAM in LPDDR5X type and UFS 4.0 storage. This gaming tablet utilises Lenovo’s QianKun cooling architecture. The tablet has a 10,004 mm² vapour chamber to ensure proper heat dissipation.
According to Lenovo’s statement, the tablet includes Lenovo’s Lingjing engine, a software that adjusts the usage resource according to the application used, which reduces touch latency in games by 32.2% and network latency by 45.8%. The tablet, which comes with USB-C output, also includes USB-C Display Port support. Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) carries a 6500 mAh battery with a weight of 350g. With this battery, according to Lenovo’s tests, the tablet provides up to 8.9 hours of game play and 14.6 hours of video playback. On the operating system side, the tablet runs Android 14-based ZUI 16.1 designed for Lenovo Legion.

The 12GB/256GB model of the Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) goes on sale at $413, while the 16GB/512GB model goes on sale at $470. The 12GB/256GB model of the version with Super Control Dynamic display is available for $470, while the 16GB/512GB model is available for $542. The Carbon Black model of the tablet is currently available for pre-order. On 25 October, official sales will start. However, it is not yet clear when the Ice White model will be available for sale.
