Lenovo has announced that its new portable game console, the Legion Go S, will soon be on sale. The device, which is completely based on SteamOS, draws attention with its powerful hardware. The product, which is available for pre-order, will officially meet users at the end of May.

The Legion Go S comes with an 8-inch OLED screen. Offering a 120Hz refresh rate, this screen provides a smooth gaming experience while also offering a high-level image in terms of color accuracy and contrast. Powered by AMD’s new generation Ryzen Z2 Go processor, the product promises high efficiency in games that require performance with its 8-core structure.

The device is offered in two different configurations in terms of memory and storage options. The basic model includes 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB PCIe SSD storage. For users who want more performance, there is also a version with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Thanks to PCIe SSD technology, high read and write speeds are offered, while games load faster and overall system performance is smoother. The battery capacity, which is one of the most important elements for a portable console, is determined as 55.5Whr in the Lenovo Legion Go S.
While this capacity supports long-term gaming sessions, the device also comes with a fast charging feature. Thanks to the fast charging, the battery is charged in a short time, providing an uninterrupted gaming experience. Connection options include Wi-Fi 6E support, Bluetooth 5.3 and USB 4.0 Type-C input.
