Microsoft is bringing old Activision games to Game Pass
The Retro Classics collection includes games from platforms like Atari 2600, DOS, and Amiga. The PlayStation (PSX) section features MechWarrior 2: 31st Century Combat, which was first released for PC in 1995, before being released for PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1997.

Microsoft says the collection is part of its commitment to game preservation and backward compatibility. Retro Classics with Game Pass is available to all subscription types in all regions where Game Pass is available.
The games are available to play on Xbox consoles, the Xbox app on PC, supported LG and Samsung smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV devices, and Meta Quest headsets. Users can save their progress in these classic games and pick up where they left off at any time. This is a first for many games here.
Additionally, Retro Classics members will be able to compete in new challenges and achievements. Microsoft has announced that over 100 classic games from Activision and Blizzard’s back catalogs will be added to Game Pass in the coming months.
