MSI has added a new 34-inch ultrawide monitor to its gaming-focused lineup. Launched as the MPG 346CQRF X24, the model stands out with its high refresh rate, low response time, and AI-powered image enhancement features.
MSI Launches 240Hz Ultrawide Monitor
With its 1500R curve, the monitor maximizes viewing angles and offers a 3440 x 1440 pixel resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. With a 0.5-millisecond response time and Adaptive-Sync support, it promises a smooth and lag-free viewing experience, making it a prime choice for competitive gaming.

The model also boasts impressive color accuracy, fully covering the sRGB color space and offering 85% coverage for Adobe RGB and DCI-P3. Thanks to its 4000:1 contrast ratio, 400 nits of brightness, and DisplayHDR 400 certification, dark scenes are rendered with greater clarity and color gradations are more saturated. MSI’s AI-powered AI Vision, AI Navigator, and Optix Scope features illuminate dark areas during gameplay and facilitate target tracking.
The monitor also boasts numerous ergonomic features. The stand, which offers height adjustment, tilt, and swivel options, is complemented by flicker-free imaging and blue light filtering technologies to reduce eye strain. Mystic Light RGB lighting on the rear panel provides a customizable look.
Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4a, USB 2.0 input/output, and a USB-C port supporting 98W power delivery. Furthermore, the built-in KVM switch allows for two different devices to be controlled with a single keyboard and mouse. The MSI MPG 346CQRF X24 is priced at approximately $600. Its technical specifications make it a strong alternative among high-end gaming monitors.
