The Mission 1 crew entered the 1700-square-foot habitat at the Johnson Space Center on June 25 of last year. During their stay, they conducted simulated Marswalks, grew vegetables, and performed various tasks necessary for sustaining life and work in such an environment like mars habitat. The second CHAPEA mission is expected to begin in the spring of 2025.

Mars dried out before the Earth dried out!

Stay tuned for more updates on this groundbreaking mission and its impact on future space exploration endeavors.
