Netflix continues to work on new episodes of two popular series. The platform’s spokespeople shared some details about the highly anticipated new seasons.

The third season of the political thriller series starring Keri Russell has already started filming. Debora Cahn, Russell, Janice Williams and Alex Graves will sit in the producer’s chair for the new season of The Diplomat.

The series, which will return with its 2nd season on 31 October, will show what happens after the explosion in the heart of London turns Ambassador Kate Wyler’s world upside down. The series was first released on Netflix on April 20, 2023 and rose to the first place in the ranking of the most watched productions during its first two weeks in the catalogue. The popular production reached 173.46 million hours of viewing in its first four weeks.

The comedy series created by Erin Foster attracted great attention on the platform in a short time. At the end of the first weekend of the series, it took the second place in the viewership ranking. Starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, the series rose to the top of the charts in the week following its broadcast on 26 September and reached 26.2 million views in the first 11 days.
