As its December 11th release date approaches, Netflix Turkey has stepped up its promotional efforts for Kasaba and released the first trailer yesterday. The series’ story begins with two brothers and their childhood friend reuniting after years and unexpectedly discovering a stolen fortune. However, this discovery quickly drags the characters into a dark game of cat and mouse.

The characters, caught between themes of loyalty, sin, and redemption, soon find themselves on a path of no return. Each character is torn between the voice of reason and their instinct for survival, only to realize the price of this fortune is far heavier than they anticipated.

Kasaba is directed by Seren Yüce, who previously directed notable productions such as Innocent and Club. The script was co-written by Deniz Karaoğlu and Doğu Yaşar Akal.

The series’ cast, alongside Okan Yalabık in the lead role, includes Büşra Develi, Özgürcan Çevik, Ozan Dolunay, and Kerem Can. The series’ plot and cast suggest that the production, with its dramatic depth and suspense, will captivate viewers.
