What does the Porsche Taycan 2025 offer?
All three versions of the 2025 Taycan have been refreshed. The standard sports sedan Taycan, the Cross Turismo with off-road package and the Sport Turismo with a more powerful engine have all been overhauled. Four powertrain options will be available, with rear-wheel and all-wheel drive variants. So what does the Porsche Taycan 2025 promise?
The top Turbo S accelerates from 0-100 km in 2.4 seconds thanks to upgraded engines and software for more power output. That’s 0.4 seconds faster than the previous model. The base Taycan is 0.6 seconds faster and accelerates to 100 km in 4.8 seconds.
The electric motor is powered by a 105 kWh Performance Battery Plus. This means it can travel 677 km on a single charge. On the other hand, it will charge much faster with its 800-volt battery. Porsche claims that the Turbo S can achieve up to 80 percent charge in just 18 minutes.
Engine power has been increased in all 2025 models. The base Taycan now produces 430 horsepower, the 4S 590 horsepower, the Turbo 872 horsepower and the Turbo S 940 horsepower. According to the company, the new rear engine saves 10 kilograms and delivers up to 80 kW more power.
Porsche also said it has revised the Taycan’s thermal management, battery management and suspension options. The dashboard and infotainment system for passengers have also been renewed.
The company said the new sports car will be available from spring. Porsche Taycan 2025 price starts from 99 thousand dollars and ranges up to 211 thousand dollars.
