Garfield, one of the iconic characters of animation and the silver screen, is preparing to return to the world of cinema with his new movie. A new trailer has been released for the movie starring Chris Pratt and Samuel L. Jackson.

A new trailer for “The Garfield Movie” has been released. The movie, the English version of which will be voiced by Chris Pratt, will follow Garfield’s journey from an abandoned kitten to a comfortable life as a pet. However, it will focus on his reunion with his long-lost father, voiced by Samuel L. Jackson.

Chris Pratt expressed his excitement to voice the iconic cat when the cast was announced last year. Pratt shared on Instagram that the movie will reach even bigger audiences and the Garfield story will expand.
In addition to Pratt and Jackson; Hannah Waddingham, Ving Rhames, Nicholas Hoult, Cecily Strong, Harvey Guillén, Brett Goldstein and Bowen Yang star in the movie.
On the other hand, Pratt is no stranger to voice acting. He has previously lent his voice to important animated films such as The Lego Movie series and Onward. Directed by Mark Dindal, Garfield will hit theaters on May 24, 2024.
