Smartwatch manufacturers are reaching more people by offering users different screen sizes. With the 1st generation Pixel Watch introduced in 2022, Google officially entered the smartwatch market. The company, which wants to reach more users, will increase the options in its new models. Here is the first information from Google Pixel Watch 3 and Buds Pro 2.
Google Pixel Watch 3 may come with 45 mm
Google continues to grow in the world of wearables, according to a new report. New information has arrived for the Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel Buds Pro 2, which will be the company’s next accessories. The report claims that the Pixel Watch 3 could come in a larger size option of 45mm.
The Pixel Watch 2 currently on sale measures 41mm. This larger model would allow the Pixel Watch 3 to appeal to users who want a bigger screen. The 45mm case size will match other popular smartwatch models such as the Apple Watch Series 7 and 8 and Samsung Galaxy Watch models.
According to leaked information, the company will redesign the Google Pixel Watch 3. Google Pixel Watch 3 may have a futuristic buttonless design. The leaked patent application revealed that the company is working on “Motion Recognition on the Watch Bezel Using Strain Gauges”.
Google is also reportedly developing the Pixel Buds Pro 2, but the exact name of the model is still unknown. Since the company usually releases new headphones every two years, it seems likely that the successor to the Buds Pro will be released in 2023.
No details were given about potential changes or new features for the next-generation Pixel Buds. But larger screen sizes and battery are likely to be a central theme in Google’s smartwatch and headphone upgrades.
