Another game is being added to the Star Wars universe. Published by Electronic Arts and developed by Bit Reactor studio, Star Wars: Zero Company has been officially unveiled. The turn-based strategy game will be released in 2026.
New Star Wars game announced
The new game will have a structure that draws attention with its XCOM-style gameplay set in the Star Wars universe. Zero Company takes place during the Clone Wars and at the center of the story is Hawks, a former officer who served the Republic.
Players will participate in turn-based tactical conflicts by managing Hawks and an elite clone team accompanying him. This system, where strategic thinking will be at the forefront of each move, offers gameplay similar to games like Marvel’s Midnight Suns.
The game’s developer studio Bit Reactor was founded in 2022. However, the team consists of experienced names in the strategy genre. Zero Company will be the first game the company will release. The game, which remains graphically faithful to the Star Wars universe, will maintain the series-specific aesthetic lines with battlefield arrangements, character animations and atmospheric design.
The sections seen in the trailer show that the game has both a classic Star Wars theme and a focus on tactical combat. Star Wars: Zero Company will be available for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms in 2026.
