iPhone SE 4’s mass production date has been announced
Commenting on the issue, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that Apple’s internal sources revealed that iPhone SE 4 will start production in December this year. The official launch of the smartphone is expected to take place at the end of the first quarter. Apple wants to create a batch totalling 8.6 million units between late 2024 and early 2025.
Kuo also confirmed in his latest report that Apple will reduce production of the iPhone 16 series by 10 million units, which will mainly affect non-Pro models. This will further increase the pressure on the good sales performance of the highly anticipated new iPhone SE 4. To achieve this, Apple’s most affordable smartphone will have some significant changes.
iPhone SE 4 features still remain unclear. But according to past reports, it is emphasised that the device will have a 6.1-inch OLED display, Face ID technology for face recognition, Apple A18 chipset, a single 48 MP rear camera and iOS 18 that supports Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence features.
