Nothing has officially unveiled its new entry-level model, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite. The device stands out as the most affordable model in the series. This phone, distinguished by its powerful features and distinctive design, is priced at €249.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite Specifications
At the heart of the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G chipset, built on a 4nm process. This octa-core processor can reach speeds of 2.5 GHz. Nothing claims this chip delivers 15 percent faster CPU performance and 20 percent higher GPU (FPS) performance than the MediaTek 7200 in the Phone 2a. AI performance has also been doubled.

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite boasts a bold display despite its budget-friendly design. The device features a 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED panel, which offers a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a 1000Hz touch sampling rate. It can also reach a peak HDR brightness of 3,000 nits. Powered by a massive 5,000mAh battery, it charges to 50% in 20 minutes with 33W fast charging support.
The phone also boasts a triple camera setup. The main camera is a 50MP 1/1.57-inch Samsung sensor. This is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a macro lens. The rear camera can shoot 4K video at 30 frames per second. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera.
Design, Cooling, and Annoying Details
The device maintains the brand’s familiar design language with a Panda Glass chassis on an aluminum inner frame. LED lights can be used for notifications and the camera timer. A liquid cooling system is also included for intense gaming sessions. The phone also comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage. However, Nothing’s announcement that it will soon add lockscreen ads and pre-installed apps to non-flagship devices may be a disturbing detail for this model.
