Nubia CyberBuds unveiled
CyberBuds feature a distinctive two-piece mechanical design with an alien aesthetic. The charging case features RGB lighting and a small integrated display. Both the earbuds and the case support customizable lighting effects via the Nubia Life+ app. Each earbud weighs just 3.6 grams, while the case weighs 58 grams. The charging case also includes a neck strap slot for easy carrying.

Nubia uses Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless connectivity. The earbuds support instant wake-up and pairing when the case is opened. For Red Magic phone users, a system-level pop-up window displays battery status and connection details.
The earbuds support Nubia’s FlashLink 2.0 low-latency audio technology. The company promises end-to-end latency as low as 50 milliseconds, which is beneficial for fast-paced games that require precise timing.
Nubia also focuses on customizable audio. The app allows users to switch between audio modes tailored to different game genres, such as FPS, racing, or general gaming. A manual EQ mode is also available for those who prefer a personalized sound profile.
Each earbud has a 35 mAh battery, and the charging case contains a 500 mAh battery. The earbuds provide up to six hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case extends the total usage time to approximately 48 hours.
