Although nubia is not a popular Android phone manufacturer compared to other companies, it launches good rival flagship phones. The company announced the latest Z-series flagship, the nubia Z50. nubia Z50 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
The phone manufacturer announced that the new Android flagship phone comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. In addition, the nubia Z50 is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone runs the Android 13-based MyOS 13.
On the display side, the new phone has a curved 6.67-inch AMOLED with FHD+ resolution and a 114Hz refresh rate. While there is a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera on the screen, there are two volume buttons and a power button on the right side of the phone. The Z50 has support for DTS:X Ultra and Snapdragon sound for a better sound experience.
The nubia Z50 comes with a custom 64-megapixel Sony IMX 787 main camera with a 35mm equivalent lens and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera with autofocus. It also has a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Nubia Z50 will be available in black, white, and green color options. The basic 8/128GB model costs CNY 2,999 ($430) while the 12/256GB model costs CNY 3,699 ($530). Also, the 12/512GB version has a CNY 3,999 ($573) as well as the 16/1TB version costs CNY 5,999 ($860). The device will be available for sale on December 23.
