Nubia Z50S Pro launched starting at $515 in China
Today, ZTE unveiled its newest smartphone, the nubia Z50S Pro, with significant specifications in China. Nubia Z50S Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC
One of the best technical specs of the new device is its chipset. The company preferred the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC, the version with a 3.36GHz prime core, and boosted Adreno 740 GPU in the Nubia Z50S Pro. While it offers a 35% CPU performance increase, it is 25% more powerful than the SD8G2. Also, the phone features a huge 4,233mm² vapor chamber for a special cooling system.
When we take a look at the display, the Z50S Pro welcomes us with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1,260 x 2,800px resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the phone features a 5,100mAh battery with 80W fast charging support, and ZTE claims that just a 5% charge is enough for 6 hours of standby or a 30-minute call on WeChat.
In terms of the camera system, the Nubia Z50S Pro has a triple camera setup, including a 50-megapixel main with 1G+6P lens and f/1.59 aperture, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide with a 13mm lens and f/2.0 aperture, and a 16-megapixel 80mm telephoto lens on the back.
The ZTE Nubia Z50S Pro is now available to pre-order in China, and it will be on sale on July 27. The phone costs CNY 3,700 ($515/€460/₹42,250) for the 12GB + 256GB model. While it can be purchased in 12GB + 1TB or 16GB + 1TB versions, the price is not clear yet for these variants.
