Nvidia’s new graphics card model, the GeForce RTX 5050, has officially appeared in the PCI Device ID database. Thus, the existence of the model, which was previously on the agenda with leaks, has been confirmed for the first time. The RTX 5050 is among the Blackwell architecture-based GPUs and is released in two different versions for use in both desktop and laptop computers.
The GeForce RTX 5050 will be with us soon
The registration made with the “2d98” and “2dd8” identities of the RTX 5050 in the PCI ID database revealed that the model will have different configurations according to OEM manufacturers or Max-Q class mobile devices. The smallest chip of the Blackwell architecture, GB207, is used in this card. This situation also confirmed that the RTX 5050 is positioned in the entry-level segment.

The technical details of the RTX 5050 coincide with the previously leaked data. The card has 2,560 CUDA cores. For comparison, this number was determined as 3,840 in the RTX 5060. The RTX 5050 also comes with a 130-watt TDP value, a 128-bit memory bus, and 8 GB GDDR6 memory. This structure shows that the card is suitable for mobile and compact systems with low power consumption.
July has been indicated for the official launch of the model. There is no direct introduction from Nvidia at the moment, but PCI ID verification shows that the product has been completed by the manufacturer and is ready for shipment.
