Samsung released the first camera update for the S24 Ultra approximately two or three weeks after unveiling the Galaxy S24 series in a fairly large event. Despite receiving smaller updates following this release, the device still hasn’t resolved all its issues. According to rumors, the company is working on a massive update, possibly One UI 6.1.1, for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Here are the details…
Galaxy S24 Ultra camera update could be released in July
According to a popular analyst, Samsung has started working on the largest update since the introduction of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The update will be quite detailed for the S24 Ultra and will address all issues related to the camera.
The timeline is set for July, coinciding with the introduction of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 models. While the foldable devices are expected to be introduced with the One UI 6.1.1 update, the S24 Ultra is also expected to receive this update around the same time.
Galaxy S24 Ultra users, despite purchasing the phone for its camera features, have been unable to achieve full performance in low light due to issues such as noise and grain. This issue has understandably bothered users, prompting Samsung to begin work on the biggest update for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
While there hasn’t been any official announcement from Samsung yet, details about the update are expected to emerge in the coming weeks. Additionally, while this massive update may not necessarily be named One UI 6.1.1 for the S24 Ultra, you can still expect it around July 2024.
