After falling behind rivals with the rollout of Android 15-based One UI 7, Samsung appears committed to picking up the pace with Android 16. The company has now launched the third beta version of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25 series, marking a notable acceleration in its software testing efforts.
Update Now Available in the UK and Germany
The latest beta is currently rolling out to Galaxy S25 users in the United Kingdom and Germany. The update is expected to expand to the United States in the near future. Depending on the current software version installed on the device, the update size varies between 1.2 GB and 3.6 GB. The firmware versions are listed as S938BXXU4ZYFA, S938BOXM4ZYFA, and S938BXXU4BYFA.

Users in India and Poland have also started receiving the same build. However, since the beta program launched later in those regions, this version is considered the second beta there. To check for the update, users can go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
This particular beta release doesn’t introduce any new features. Instead, it focuses on improving overall system stability, fixing bugs, and enhancing performance.
