OnePlus Pad Go comes with TUV Rheinland certification
OnePlus continues to reveal new details about the upcoming Pad Go model, and the manufacturer recently announced that the tablet will be certified by TUV Rheinland for supporting low blue light technology. This feature aims to protect users’ eye health. The device is expected to come with an 11.35-inch LCD panel, offering a screen resolution of 2.4K and a 7:5 aspect ratio, weighing in at 523 grams.
According to a well-known leaker with the Twitter handle (X) OneNormalUsername, the upcoming OnePlus Pad Go model will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The chipset, manufactured using 6nm architecture, features 2x 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A76 cores, 6x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, and a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics unit.
Numerous reports and claims about the tablet’s release date have circulated, but none have provided a specific launch date until now. However, things seem to have changed as of now. OnePlus has recently shared a poster indicating that the device will be available to users on October 6.
The model is expected to include 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Additionally, it will provide microSD card support for expandable storage. The device will run the Android 13-based ColorOS 13.2 interface right out of the box. Furthermore, it will be powered by an 8,000 mAh battery.
