Oppo A78 4G comes as a mid-range phone
There were a lot of rumors and leaks about the latest device of the brand. With the official launch, we can see that most of the rumors became real. The Oppo A78 4G is powered by Snapdragon 680 chipset, also launched in a single 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage option, the storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The A78 4G features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels with a 90Hz refresh rate. Compared to its 5G version, the new phone has a smaller display with a punch hole cutout. Additionally, the new device runs Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 out of the box.
When we look at the camera details of the phone, it has a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The Oppo A78 4G comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.
Oppo’s latest device is available in Sea Green and Black Mist color options. While the A78 4G can be purchased at IDR 3,599,000 ($236) in Indonesia, it is not clear when it will launch in other markets.
