OPPO has completed its work for its smartphone that breathes new life into the mid-level. The model, which was released as OPPO A3 Pro in China a while ago, leaked that it will come to the global market as OPPO A3 5G. In this context, the renewed features of the device have also come to light.
OPPO A3 5G is on its way to global
OPPO’s affordable 5G smartphone is ready for global launch. The model seen on Google Play Console seems to appeal to the entry-mid level. According to the listing, A3 5G will come with a 720 x 1604 pixel resolution display with 320 PPI density.
The smartphone will be powered by 8GB RAM and MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset. It will also come with Android 14 out of the box.
The Play Console listing doesn’t contain many details. However, it lists the model number as CPH2639, the same as the OPPO A3 Pro launched in China. The A3 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It was also powered by a 5000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
In terms of durability, the A3 Pro is the first smartphone to receive the SGS Gold Label 5-star drop resistance certification. It has also passed military-standard shock resistance testing in China. Oppo claims that A3 Pro provides high-level protection against drops and scratches.
There is also a quad camera setup on the back, led by a 64 Megapixel main sensor. On the front, there is an 8 Megapixel selfie camera embedded in the screen.
