DJI may bring its next-generation FPV goggles, the Goggles N3, to users much earlier than expected. The development, which has made a big noise among drone users, has especially excited the waiting mass. Here are the details…
DJI Goggles N3 could be unveiled on October 30
With the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) approving the sale of these glasses in the US, Goggles N3 is expected to hit the shelves on October 30th. Although the US price is not yet known, it is expected to be available in Europe with a price tag of 269 Euros. Moreover, the Neo Motion Combo package, which comes with the Neo drone that DJI introduced in the summer, is also expected to hit the market with a price of 529 Euros.
If we look at the leaked specifications, Goggles N3, which offers 1080p resolution, will offer a clear and vivid image to its users. Using OcuSync 4 technology in image transfer, it will provide a seamless connection between the drone and the glasses. In other words, it will be possible to get a live broadcast quality image transfer while flying the drone.
Goggles N3’s battery life of up to 2.7 hours is quite suitable for long flights and shootings. This is enough for a drone pilot to work comfortably during outdoor shoots. This battery life will be a great advantage for the user, especially when shooting nature or taking long-lasting landscape recordings.
The lightweight and ergonomic structure of the goggles will also prevent head and neck pain during prolonged use. In short, DJI Goggles N3 has already aroused great interest and curiosity among both professional users and those who fly drones as a hobby. Especially the Neo Motion Combo package offered with the Neo drone is seen as a very attractive campaign.
