Xiaomi’s next Poco flagship is starting to take shape, and it’s coming with serious hardware under the hood. Fresh leaks surrounding the Redmi K90 series, which will be rebranded as the Poco F8 lineup globally, have now spilled several key specs.
Poco F8 series linked to Redmi K90 certification

A new 3C certification has surfaced in China for a device labeled “2510DRK44C.” While it’s still unclear whether this is the K90 or K90 Pro, the model number strongly suggests that one of the Poco F8 models will carry the code 2510DRK44G, with the “G” marking its global release.
Poco F8 Pro may pack Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
Inside, expect Qualcomm’s latest high-end silicon. Rumors suggest Xiaomi will equip the Redmi K90 series with both the Snapdragon 8 Elite and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, reserving the latter for the Pro variant. Still, leaker Digital Chat Station notes Xiaomi might not use the Gen 5 chip until 2026, making that part of the rumor a bit shaky.
Ultra-fast charging and massive batteries
According to the 3C listing, the phone supports 100W charging, aligning with Xiaomi’s high-performance power delivery system. That’s not the only big number leaker Smart Pikachu claims the Redmi K90 will house a battery over 7,000 mAh, though global Poco F8 units may use smaller packs to stay slimmer.
What else to expect from the Poco F8 series
Early reports suggest the vanilla Redmi K90 will feature:
- 6.6-inch 2K display
- Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor
- Symmetrical speakers
- Metal mid-frame
- Zoom lens (non-periscope)
These upgrades, especially the addition of a zoom camera, mark a welcome change for Poco fans. The zoom lens is also expected to appear in the Poco F8 Pro, giving it an edge over its predecessor.
A late 2025 launch is on the horizon
The Redmi K90 series is tipped for launch in late October or early November in China. The Poco F8 series will follow globally in early 2026 likely with some regional adjustments, but the core specs seem mostly locked in.
If these leaks stick, Xiaomi could be preparing its strongest Poco flagship duo yet.
