Stellar Blade, which was released exclusively for PlayStation 5 and was recently released for PC, may be coming to Nintendo Switch 2. It has been learned that the developer of the game, South Korea-based Shift Up, is working on the next-generation Nintendo console.
Stellar Blade may be coming to Nintendo Switch 2
It has been reported that Shift Up has recently gifted hundreds of Nintendo Switch 2 devices to its employees. This has led to comments that the company has already started the development process for the new console. Despite these developments, the developer team has not yet made an official statement.

Sony Interactive Entertainment holds the publishing rights for Stellar Blade. The company first published the game for PlayStation 5 and then released the PC version last week. The PC version quickly achieved high sales figures and became the most successful single-player game of the PlayStation brand on PC.
However, it is currently unclear whether Sony will also be a publisher on the Nintendo platform. The hardware power of the Nintendo Switch 2 has increased significantly compared to the previous generation. This makes it technically more possible to adapt high-production games to the console.
Switch 2 versions of AAA games like Elden Ring, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, and Cyberpunk 2077 have also been announced recently. These developments make it more likely that Stellar Blade will be ported to the platform.
