The next wave of free PlayStation Plus games may have just slipped out early, and fans of cyberpunk alley cats should be pleased. According to a leak, Stray is clawing its way back into the lineup this November.
Stray leads the PS Plus November 2025 free games

Trusted Dealabs leaker Bilbil-Kun claims that Stray will headline November’s free PS Plus games. If accurate, subscribers across Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers can download the game starting November 4 on PS4 and PS5.
Sony hasn’t confirmed the full list yet, but an official reveal is expected tomorrow. Until then, only Stray’s return is known.
A second chance for those who missed it
Stray isn’t new to PlayStation Plus. It first launched straight into the Extra tier catalog in July 2022, drawing praise for its slick visuals and unique concept. The game stuck around for about a year before getting pulled, so this leak signals a welcome encore.
The timing makes sense, too. With titles like Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3 set to leave PS Plus on November 4, Stray’s return fills a thematic gap while giving latecomers another shot at a well-loved title.
Why Stray still holds up
In Stray, players step into the paws of a ginger cat lost in a crumbling, robot-populated city. You’ll creep through neon-lit alleys, solve puzzles, and unravel cryptic bits of the past with help from a flying drone named B-12.
It’s short, clever, and still stands out in a sea of open-world giants.
Other November titles remain unconfirmed
So far, Sony is keeping the rest of the lineup close to the chest. Bilbil-Kun didn’t leak the other two games only that Stray is leading the charge. With the official list coming soon, the rest of November’s freebies should be revealed shortly.
Don’t forget to claim October’s PS Plus games
Before Stray lands, there’s still time to snag October’s lineup. Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3 are all exiting PS Plus Essential on November 4, so grab them now or miss them for good.
The cat walks back in next week.
