As of yesterday, with the leaked images, it is almost certain that the Turkey price of the PS5 Pro will be 49,999 TL. Along with the images, we now have new information on the next-generation PlayStation 5’s box, the design and sizes of game cases. Here are the details and what you need to know…
PS5 Pro special label will be on game cases!
Images shared by user Zuby_Tech on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) show that the packaging box of the PS5 Pro is noticeably more compact compared to the original PS5 model’s box.
Comparisons reveal that the new console’s box is taller and thicker than the PS4 Slim, while it is slightly shorter and somewhat thicker than the PS4 Pro.
An important detail for gamers is that game cases compatible with the console will carry a ‘PS5 Pro Enhanced’ label. This label indicates that the game takes advantage of the advanced hardware features of the PS5 Pro, allowing users to easily see which games utilize the console’s full potential.
However, there is some disappointing news about the PlayStation 5 Pro. According to an infographic on the product page of Amazon Japan, the new console does not support the cover panels of the PS5 Slim.
According to information shared by X user farfanetz, photos of Sony’s 30th Anniversary Special Edition show a 2.5-5 cm difference between the top cover panels. Interestingly, while the bottom panels are compatible, users who own special edition cover panels for the PS5 Slim will not be able to use these accessories on the PS5 Pro.
With these developments, the console is expected to make a significant leap forward, especially in terms of graphics performance and gaming experience. Official announcements, eagerly awaited by users, are expected to be made in the coming days.
