A new concept has emerged that aims to increase comfort for gamers who spend long hours in front of the computer. Gaming hardware manufacturer Pulsar will develop a fan-powered gaming mouse in collaboration with Noctua, known for its high-performance cooling solutions.
Pulsar is developing a fan-powered gaming mouse
The concept mouse, designed based on the current Pulsar Feinmann model, houses a 4×4 cm fan from Noctua in its internal structure. Feinmann, which stands out with its wide-open design, allows the fan to circulate air more effectively.

Although the idea of a fan-powered mouse has been on the agenda in the hardware world before, the fact that an efficiency-focused brand like Noctua has stepped into this field takes the concept to a different point. The company’s engineering approach, based on the balance of low noise and high airflow in fan technologies, will provide a direct solution to problems such as sweaty hands when using the mouse.
The new concept mouse does not differ from the current Pulsar Feinmann model in terms of performance features. Technical values such as 32,000 DPI resolution sensor, 8,000Hz scanning speed, 65 grams weight and up to 11 hours of usage time on a single charge have been preserved. In addition, the integration of the cooling system aims to increase the comfort of use.
The area where the fan is placed is positioned in line with the general ergonomics of the mouse. The perforated surface design that allows the fan to operate on the device has been preserved and Noctua’s compact fan provides air circulation through these gaps.
The new model was exhibited at the Computex 2025 fair held in Taiwan. Although the concept mouse has not yet been released, it is planned to be on sale by the end of the year. So what do you think about this product? You can share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
