Realme is continuing preparations for its new flagship series, the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro, which will be unveiled in China in October. The company claims the Pro model will offer performance rivaling that of its Ultra-level flagships and has released a teaser showing the device’s camera module. Here are the details.
The Realme GT 8 Pro will attract attention with its camera
The shared image highlights the Realme GT 8 Pro’s most striking feature as its redesigned camera module. This module combines two circular lenses with a square periscope telephoto unit, creating a unique look. This design is consistent with previously leaked images showing the device in a case.

Rumors suggest that Realme will collaborate with Ricoh, known for its cameras, on this model. This partnership will introduce users to Ricoh’s signature “Negative Film” color style and human-like photography approaches.
The Realme GT 8 Pro’s camera setup will reportedly consist of a 50-megapixel main sensor, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The display is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution. It will also reportedly feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader.
